Having been involved in two auto accidents myself, I understand what our clients are going through.  I am glad to be working at a law firm that is committed to treating its clients the way they deserve to be treated.  When you are injured in an automobile accident, the last thing you want to do is deal with an insurance company.   When you hire Mr. Anderson, he will deal with the insurance company and handle the issues which arise.  This enables you to concentrate on what is most important , and that is getting the medical treatment you need so that you can get well, while the office focuses on having the insurance company "make it right."

  • I have been a Legal Assistant in the personal injury field since May of 1995.
  • I have an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas.
  • I am happily married.
  • I moved to Colorado in 2004 and really enjoy the mountain views.

After your medical providers have placed you at maximum medical improvement, your case is transferred to me for the purpose of roughing out a demand package for Mr. Anderson that will be sent to the insurance company. In order to get this package sent out, it is my responsibility to make sure all your medical records are in our file and that you agree that you are medically ready to make the claim. I will work closely with you to make sure that the best possible package is sent to the insurance company. Once we have the demand package roughed out, you and Mr. Anderson will meet to discuss all aspects of your claim.
