Having been involved in two auto accidents myself, I understand what
our clients are going through. I am glad to be working at a
law firm that is committed to treating its clients the way they deserve
to be treated. When you are injured in an automobile accident,
the last thing you want to do is deal with an insurance company. When
you hire Mr. Anderson, he will deal with the insurance company and
handle the issues which arise. This enables you to concentrate
on what is most important , and that is getting the medical treatment
you need so that you can get well, while the office focuses on having
the insurance company "make it right."
- I have been a Legal Assistant in the personal injury
field since May of 1995.
- I have an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Tyler
Junior College in Tyler, Texas.
- I am happily married.
- I moved to Colorado in 2004 and really enjoy the mountain
views.

reasonable, this firm will take it to court. As the litigation
assistant for Robert Anderson, I assist in preparing the case for
trial. Ensuring that people who have been injured in automobile
accidents receive all the benefits they are entitled to and that
they receive a fair deal is very rewarding to me, as one of my personal
goals in life is to help people.

After your medical providers have placed you at maximum
medical improvement, your case is transferred to me for the
purpose of roughing out a demand package for Mr. Anderson that
will be sent to the insurance company. In order to get this
package sent out, it is my responsibility to make sure all
your medical records are in our file and that you agree that
you are medically ready to make the claim. I will work closely
with you to make sure that the best possible package is sent
to the insurance company. Once we have the demand package roughed
out, you and Mr. Anderson will meet to discuss all aspects
of your claim.
- I have worked for Mr. Anderson since September 2002.
- Married
- I am a mother of two children.
- Graduated from Western Washington University in 1984.

After 27 years in the legal assistant/paralegal field, the last
20 years assisting people in Social Security Disability Claims
and Workers’ Compensation Claims, the time came to semi-retire.
However, my desire to help people remained strong. Helping
people is exactly what I do at Robert Anderson’s office. My
job consists of assisting Mr. Anderson and his legal staff. I
help the people that are helping you! The assistance I give
to Mr. Anderson and his legal staff enables them to thoroughly
concentrate on the most important issues of your case. Their
goal is to make sure you receive all benefits to which you are
entitled. The goal is met due to everyone’s dedication. We
are definitely a group of people who receive great satisfaction
in helping others in difficult situations.
